1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered for items that are returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and parts. Custom-size or made-to-order items are generally not eligible for refunds unless defective or confirmed incorrect by our team.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at info@pushshelf.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We will provide return instructions and an RMA if required.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged in transit or an incorrect item was shipped. For eligible returns, follow the return instructions provided by our support team to avoid delays.

4. Inspection and Processing

Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the return meets our refund criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable time for inspection and banking processing; exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds & Restocking

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition. In some cases a restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns — this will be clearly communicated prior to approving the return.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping when appropriate.

7. Refund Timing

After we approve a refund, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider and may take several business days to reflect in your account.

8. Exceptions

Items marked as clearance, final sale, or expressly labeled non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
