This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and handled when purchased from PushShelf.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-size or special-order items may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer standard international shipping and express shipping options depending on your location. Available shipping methods and costs are shown during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Typical delivery estimates:

  • Asia: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–18 business days
  • North America: 8–20 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to customs, logistics delays or peak seasons.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may require 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will assist with replacements or solutions depending on the case.

7. Returns

Unused, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was delivered.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-size or made-to-order gravity-fed slides
  • Used or installed components
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued after returned items are inspected and confirmed in acceptable condition. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
